It involves collaboration among several government institutions, including the Irrigation Department and related agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key activities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rehabilitation of irrigation systems nationwide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flood mitigation and drainage improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data collection and analysis for river basins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening institutional capacity for climate adaptation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project also supports farmers and rural
